Pedagogical-Social-Technical (PST) Framework
We have being taught to use PST to evaluate ICT tools in three aspects of affordance when planning for ICT integration; deciding on which tools are more suitable for specific learning contexts. There are three key considerations when using PST to evaluate technology tools,
Learning Objectives - What do we want our students to be able to do at the end of the lesson/course,
Learners’ Characteristics & (Special) Needs - What are the diverse learning needs that we need to cater to and,
Learning Context - What is the environment and how will it impact what is learned or taught.
